Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles improves deliveries in Europe by 8.5 per cent in the first quarter
Hannover, April 9 2014: Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles delivered 76,200 light commercial vehicles to customers throughout Europe during the first three months (January – March 2013: 70,200; + 8.5 per cent). With 120,900 vehicles delivered, global figures were almost up to the previous year's level (previous year: 123,700; -2.3 per cent).

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles builds new Crafter in Poland
Poznań / Hanover, 18 March 2014: The successor of the Volkswagen Crafter will be manufactured in Poland from 2016. A new plant is being built for this purpose in Września in the Voivodeship Wielkopolska and is to go into production in the second half of 2016. With the new plant, the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brand will be creating at least 2,300 new jobs.

Positive Onset of the Year for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles
Hannover, 12 February 2014: Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has started 2014 with growth in deliveries in its European core markets. In the whole of Europe, the brand delivered 21,600 light-weight commercial vehicles to customers (January 2013: 20,300). With 37,520 vehicles, the global deliveries achieved the level of the previous year (January 2013: 37,480).

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles ships 551,900 units
Hannover, 10th January 2014: Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles supplied 551,900 vehicles to customers around the globe in the 2013 trading year (2012: 550,150). The brand, which is responsible within the Volkswagen Group for its global trade in light commercial vehicles, was thus 0.3 per cent up on the sales results for 2012.
